Robin's bikes?

Has anyone heard of this brand? One has popped up on marketplace although it was listed 6 years ago so might have sold. Were it not for the pantographed seat stays and forks I would have thought it was something else re-badged but it looks like a Reynolds decal and some nice lugs but only a 5 or 6 speed, I have tried Google but only get Robin Hood aka Raleigh so no help there.

It's almost-certainly the surname of the builder i.e.  Robins rather than Robin's that would be the builder's first name.
