It is obviously a Roberts but being fussy the decal fonts are all wrong, on the down tube it's not the correct font and on the seat tube - wrong font, wrong size !
So a refinish - it has rubbish paint - would have to be done which bumps up the price...it would end up standing you in around £500...would be a lovely frameset though: if I didn't already have 2 x Roberts race frames (plus I've just bought a Roberts touring frameset) I'd go for it.
