Schwalbe City Jets? Available in 1.50 and 1.95, both in blackwall and skinwall.
They're based on the Tioga City Slicker, which is about as old as the pyramids.

If you don't mind a younger design, I'm very pleased with the Bontrager Hank.

I run Schwalbe City Jets, they're like cut slicks and roll very well with 80psi in them but have enough volume to take the edge off any bumps, they're pretty cheap too.
If you want a pure slick then the Schwalbe Kojak are pretty good.

If you want more of a semi-slick then I have a brand new pair of Michelin Trackers you can have for £25 posted.
