Ok, a fair bit of road stuff - PM me for more photos, details etc. All prices are UK posted, happy to send at cost outside of UK. Collection welcome, will endeavour to post day after payment.

Saronni SLX badged as a Colnago (by previous owner - not as dodgy as it sounds as Saronni were made by Colnago), 60 cm seattube c-c, 59 cm top tube c-c. Flawless two tone paintwork (resprayed before I got it at a cost of £140, built up and only ridden by me once to my shame). When frame was resprayed mudguard eyelets were added. Lovely Stronglight headset included. B/b not included in price. £150

Merckx 531c frame and forks from the mid 70s, 58 cm seattube c-c, 58 cm top tube c-c. Genuine Merckx (I can post up photos of the frame engravings to illustrate this). Chrome forks with some discolouration on the crown. Headset is basic but functional. B/b not included in price. Paint is pretty tatty - I'd prefer to say that the 30+ year old frame has patina and shows how it has been used - but structurally sound with no internal rust. £85

Campag chainset from early 90s (not sure of model), 170, vgc apart from one small nick in non drive side crank. Comes woth 52/42 rings in excellent condition and really nice Campag self extracting bolts. £30

Dura Ace 8 speed indexed shifters - vgc, no marks although one came out in the photo. Getting rare. £25

Plus, not pictured, I have an XL (585mm top tube c-c) On One Ti Cross. Basically a Ti cyclocross frame with disc and canti mounts, full carbon cross fork (canti only), Cane Creek S2 headset, Planet X stem and seatclamp, carbon headset spacers, front canti hanger. That lot cost me £880, barely used and have to make room for new arrivals so yours for £410 posted

And I have loads of other period road parts - Campag Nuovo and Super Record (I have pretty much a groupset of the former), a Dura Ace 7400 8 speed groupset including ceramic rimmed wheels, Cinelli bars and stem etc. PM me if you are after anything in particular.

It is braze on, haven't really considered a price but will make sure that it isn't top dollar!

crankset looks like campag victory. real nice

Second that. It's mid-late 80s.

Only snag is the non-standard BCD and the fact that it runs on a BB size that it's a nightmare to source.

Thanks, yes Victory sounds right as that was certainly the groupset on the bike (I have a like new Victory rear mech spare too).

The rings do look like a non standard BCD but they are in excellent condition with no wear at all so new rings won't be a problem for years.

I didn't know that a special b/b was needed for the chainset - I just got a Campag square taper cartridge one for the Merckx and the chainset fitted fine. Just had a quick measure and the Merckx b/b is 112mm (approximately with my trusty plastic ruler!). This Campag b/b looks suitable http://www.totalcycling.com/index.php/p ... ncy&id=GBP

Plus there are these low cost ones (the first in loads of lengths, Shimano taper and I know that this in theory should not be compatible but over the years I have mixed Shimano and Campag without a problem))
