road bike manufacturer with a yellow G?

Hello!

After several unsuccessful web and forum searches i hope somebody knows the manufacturer of this frame with a yellow G on it.

Framenumber starts with a G001...
Second line with a UG625...

Skipped Gitane cause i havn't found any with that logo design.
But you are 100% sure right? By the logo or the frame number

BTW: is there any page where i get a reference between framenumber layout and manufacturer?
