I'm surprised that's a 17, it looks like a 15.5.

I have no information on the weight I'm afraid.

it's C- t for Rm's isn't it?

It is and the top tube is too long for a 15"

So must be 17" with a top tube of (effective) ~21 3/4"

The 15.5 had a Short Top Tube (aka STT) designed around the presumably smaller female in mind given also all the geometry and possibly the stays altered as well., It never came in the 'standard' 15.5" setup.
I don't think there is any difference between the 91 and 92 frame other than the cable stops from the looks of it, just a switch of groupsets.
