Ritchey Ultra? w/ Girvin forks + original forks

Plenty of bikes had Ritchey parts in the 90's; not like this bike has a full Ritchey groupo, anyway.

I don't think I'm going out on a limb, when I say, this bike is not a Ritchey.

chain stay length & top tube length are same as Ultra/Super Comp
I don't think it is a Jamis (chain stay geometry looks wrong)

that cable stop/ canti hanger on the rear seat stays, in your pic, looks just like the one on a 93/94 KHS Team I have. Didn't have the rack mounts though.
