Is this a P-21? Looks like an Ultra to me but I am no expert.

I'm guessing it's a 1991 or later an maybe even a P-23. It's TIG welded at the head tube.... the cranks weren't available for the 90 model year....if they are original. Looks like someone hammered on the inside of the crank arm trying to remove it

i have no idea but it is old. couple years before my time. i am guessing 1990.
