Ritchey Logic Fork 1" threadless or sim. (can swap: Indy SL)

Retro Newbie
For a 1992 Merlin 26in MTB, I am looking for a suitable fork.

Ideal would be a light cromoly fork, with cantilever studs, 1 inch threadless, black, not suspension corrected (axle to crown ~390mm), <900g. I like the Ritchey logic forks, for instance. Tange Ultralight would do as well, or Tange Struts Ti.

I am currently using a Rockshox Indy SL, if you are interested in an exchange. The Indy has sparkly new elastomers (USD59) and while there are some scratches in the yellow paint, it won't rust (magnesium!), and it handles and works as good as new. This is one of the lightest suspension forks you can buy (according to Weight Weenies, around 1400g). Unfortunately, it messes a bit with the geometry of the old Merlin.

Please get in touch if you happen to have a suitable fork lying around!

The steerer is about 165mm (6.5"). The new one should not be much shorter than 160mm (longer is ok, of course).

If I get my pace forks I'm after then I have a fork from my stumpjumper that meets your requirements and will be available for a song.
Help me find my pace! ;) pretty please

There was such a nice pace, two months ago on ebay... I like their looks, too. But my frame works best with a lower axle-to-crown length than afforded by suspension forks.
At the moment, there are an RC35 (suspension) and an RC31, but with a 1 1/8 steerer. I think you can swap steerers on Paces, though: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tune-Titan-Rohr ... 2340d857fa
