Bought as a package with handle bars, but didn't need the stem for my project so selling on.

Mountain Bike stem for 1 inch diameter (25.4mm bars) for 1 inch forks and 1 inch bars (25.4mm). Box states 1 and 1/8th inch, but its actually 1 inch when measured.

The top cap which covers the forks is missing.

Box is correct. 25.4mm quill size is for 1-1/8” forks and is therefore classed as a 1-1/8” stem.
1” forks take a 22.2mm quill.
