Ringle stem (Holey one not Zooka) (US)

I assume its press fitted? I have a quill stem ringle that I might bludgeon to do this. I imagine its pressfitted or bonded in?

It's a shame the picture of that area is out of focus :roll: otherwise you could tell how it was located.

It uses a double wedge quill like the grove stems. ie one wedge goes into the stem and one goes into the steerer, you then tighten them both up with a single bolt:

its missing the proprietary double quill part though. i don't think the quill from the ringle "tube" style stems would work.
