Early Syncros handlebar with shim SORTED

Uncut 90's Syncros flatbar .

What's it worth, not a lot of scratches, just anodize fade and barely visible logo's.

Looks like everything is coming together. I have an uncut pewter Tapetlite in good condition if you can’t find a white one?
