The old style specialized composite cages are my favourite, this is the road version :



This is the chunkier mtb version (although the road version survived on my mtb no problem - the black one is the one I had owned BITD) :



I like them that much, I picked modern day equivalents for the airborne :

It would appear that Zefal carbon are a pretty hard find and some great options coming through. I like the look of the Specialized road cage though I'm not the brand's greatest fan. I'll check out MTN-1s. Thanks for all the suggestions everyone

Ah yes. I'd completely forgotten about those. My mate used to have those on his Alpinestars before he upgraded to Ringle!

I have one. Came on a Klein. They come up on ebay every now and than.
