RIMS OR WHEELS - mavic or similar for Mtrax 500

Crashed my Raleigh and need either a single Mavic 228(I think) UB rim or a pair of good rims that are period (93). Fully built up wheels are fine too.

Will check what model rims are - unless anyone knows what was standard fit on the purple/silver titanium/cro mo MTrax 500.

Please help. Seeing that thing all bent is hurting me

The 1993 M Trax catalogue says the rims were Laser 40 Silver 32 hole. On silver Exage hubs, I believe.

If it's definiely an M Trax 500 with the Duo Tech bonded Titanium and steel frame, then it can only be from 1993. I don't recall Raleigh using Mavic rims on their early / mid 90s bikes, and Shimano parallax hubs didn't appear until 1994, so it may be that the wheels have been replaced at some point.
