You could try keeping your eye on eBay. Exotic carbon or alloy forks available with brake bosses.

Are you looking for threaded or ahead steerer? Length? Assume 1 1/8 steerer?

What forks are on it now that are shot? May just need new elastomers which would be arguably slightly cheaper than the forks you mention. Or they could just be shot.

It has rusty old suspension forks, my friend just wants to go rigid
