Rigid Forks, Hope QR Converters

Need to clear some stuff.

1 1/8th 4130 cro-mo forks in a nice matalic blue with a 183mm steerer, top 40mm is threaded but the very top 5mm of the thread is buggered. A-C is 390. £10 posted.

Hope Front hub converters, used a couple of times then changed to Maxle.
Not these are to convert the hub from a 20mm Maxle to a 9mm QR.

i'm interested in the forks. So it would be possible to cut the damaged thread off and use?

Was going to use them myself but the steerer is way to short.
