Riding on the pavement

Drive a car instead. It's much better for the environment because they emit co2, which is what trees breathe. Tree air

I thought anything with a max speed of 15mph or less wasn't classed as a motor vehicle. My neighbours kid has an electric scooter thing that does 15mph and she rides that up and down the road and on pavements/paths etc.

they (mobility scooters) have to be registered with the dvla and show a tax disc too, although the tax is foc. only if they do over 8mph mind.

Anything doing 12mph on a pavement is a bloody liability, living in God's Waiting Room (Worthing) has proved that - mobility scooters on the pavement are bloody dangerous especially when driven by people who can barely see and have the reaction times of a sloth...

They kept me up to speed on my first aid skills though

Anyway, anyone who buys one of those is a bell end anyway
