Rhygin Juke SS Frame Repair?

I have a 1997 Rhygin Juke SS Stainless Steel Metax frame on my favorite bike and recently discovered that there's a vertical fracture in the top tube right near the head tube!

I love this frame and want to have it repaired. Is it possible?
I'd be bummed to have to junk it. :cry:

I know that welding Metax was/is tricky and the Rhygin frame guys were all from Merlin with Ti frame welding pedigree. I really don't want to trust my frame to just any torch jockey.

Does anyone know a frame repair guy who can handle this? Preferably in the NYC area.

From my college metalworking days, that tube looks fooked from the heat of the original welding.

I imagine that would need a replacement tube.
