Deore LX Chainset with Stronglight C/Ring.
Deore LX Cantilevers.
Deore LX Front & Rear Mechs.
Original Rear LX on Rigida. and New front German Disc brand.

Polished Effect Bars and Stem (Not sure of make, but quite nice).

Velo Saddle.

I really like this Bike, reminds me of my Mint sauce etc as Dawes was my first proper MTB.

It rides superbly, The paint work is in really nice condition for a 1992 Dawes there is one area affected with rust though which will need treating and repainting. However the paint is so good on the rest of the frame I was going to do this my self and colour match it.

You will need new cables as these haven't been changed since the Bike was New. All mechs are tight with no play.

You will need to get some new LX shifters/STI as I have removed the Lx ones for another project.

It wont come with the Bar Ends pictured, Tyres will be changed.

I was complimenting the bike, I like Dawes, I have one. And 653 is pretty good tubing, a lot better than many frames that sell well and for more money. More common on road frames but Dawes used this quite effectivly for MTB's. I seem to remember the MBUK article on this actual bike and it was rated quite good.

I even complimented the bike when you first posted this up.
