Following interest from a few looking to get some retrobike windjackets done.

Style will be the classic rb black and white team strip. The jacket will look something like this one

Getting a sample soon to check the quality. If there is interest will go ahead with the order (I quite fancy one too!) Will confirm pricing, should be around the 50 mark.

But the stripe runnning down the side must be a tire track of a Porc or Ritchey Z-max which are easy to get out of old catalogs.

Don't forget we want tire tracks not some chain looking stripe going down the side. You can get the tread patterns out of the old Ritchey catalog.

waterproof?

Will this be waterproof? Waterresistant? It looks nice, but I would be interested in something more than a glorified jersey.

I vote for the 'less is more' look, so the fewer tire tracks and chains, the better! I like the look of the jerseys as well.
