'unsolicited' e-mails are spam when I joined it never asked do i want a news letter. all other sites I've join ask first its polite.
I did not sign up for a news letter.
And john you own this you run/edit it as you like.

Good grief, where are you going with this? It's a newsletter from a website you signed up to. Not SPAM FFS. Maybe I should go round and have a pop at my local Councillor and Vicar for putting UNSOLICITED SPAM aka the local newsletter and parish newsletter through my letterbox - the bastards.
