Retrobike at the malverns 2021

Good to chat to you earlier (in the camping area after the show and shine). Loved your bike

Hi Yetichaser,

Thanks.

Yes it was great too meet you too. 👍

You will have to show me some some photos of your bikes.

I love Chas Roberts and Fat Chance bikes too.

I'm from just outside London and I remember the D.O.G.S B.O.L.L.O.X. at the time when I used to be in the all the MTB shops and shows in town.

I think Covent Garden Cycles has one around 1992.

I used to have a MB UK poster of one on my wall too.

I might bring this next time for the show and shine. Also very tempted to enter the downhill and dual slalom on it. Has the advantage of reasonable brakes. Fork needs servicing in order to get the full inch or so of travel.

Nice bike. Are they black Toplines on it?

I would be too scared to ride it lol.

Just XC, I think. Sunday morning after the Retro Show ‘n’ Shine. Not something to be done after 3 nights on the lash. 🥵

That's the kind of impression that I got on the day and I thought that they shouldn't have put any Retro events on the final day when everyone was probably hanging and or too exhausted from the previous days.
