Yep, I have an Elite post on my Eli, I don't mind the layback at all so not worried about that (if I need layback on the Funk).

I don't need the masterpiece stuff though, as lovely as it appears to be.

I will NEVER buy Ti bolts, just really don't understand the need. There, I said it, but have bookmarked this page so I can edit this post in the future!

ps: have to ad that their setback seatpost is plain ugly though (..also IMHO that is offcourse  )

How dare you!

I have both a setback and a normal Thomson, personally I like the look of both but I can see how some people might not like the layback one. HOWEVER, they are both the most beautifully machined seatposts I have ever seen, to the point where it seems like a shame to put it on a bike and get it muddy. But we all do...

Love em!

Have a straight Elite post on my GROOVY and will have both a post and stem on my newest project...beautifully machined indeed :D ......but the setback posts are still ugly, ugly...ugly

Well, one slightly impulsive Ebay buy later and I am going the Thomson route I guess. Why do they have to make it sooooo easy. I am now well into July's bike money and still don't have a frame to put anything I have collected upon.

Thanks everyone. TBH I was expecting the Syncros option to win due to its retro nature, but I am glad it didn't!

Today's avatar is still Drew Barrymore, cause I can't bear to change her!

I'm struggling to move Heather Graham on......I loving the photo just a little too much
