If I wanted to take a modern groupset and put on and old frame, what kind of vintage am I looking at for 130mm rear hub spacing and 700c wheels? Post 1990?

I guess you can cold set most frames that take 700c wheels to 130mm........

My Keith Coppell is mid 80's and has 130 spacing.

It is built with SRAM Force 2 x 10 set up and I ride constantly and to the exclusion of almost everything else.

I reckon mid 90s to be sure. I bought a frame in 1992 with 126mm spacing.

You can always do Sheldon's 8of9 or 9of10 trick on a 126mm spaced frame
