retro headset stack heights

Shimano 600 Ultegra and Shimano 1050 had very low stack height. Should be able to source one reasonably easy. Modern alternative that would be fine but getting hard to find now would be a Tange Passage. Other than that it'll have to be a Chris King.

Hilary Stone has an unused Tange Passage listed on his site at £12 + postage

Sutherland's Manual page 12-9 on, but nothing too vintage listed.

Thanks for all the ideas... that Tange Passage looks suspiciously like the one currently fitted to the bike.

I will do a full velobase search, list all the options and then lie ready to pounce when something comes up...

Also, when I'm looking, what threading do I need? Its a Raleigh 1983 fork.
