retro downhill rig? HED wheels

Is it me or is the front disc on the wrong side?

Cannondale started putting discs on their downhill forks in about 1995, and for the first 3 or so years they were on the right hand side - don't know why!

my original Hope mechanical disc brake from '95 was on the right hand side too
