I keep looking out for Nike Poohbahs, perhaps the last thing I wanted before other things took me away from biking. And I notice the old mountain shirts have found another market and are so, expensive.
But me and cycling, in the past, it was good old Ron Hill stuff, the trackster and a green Norgee shirt and Helly Hansen Lifa top for when it was cold. For wet stuff, what was likened to a lime green plastic bag, a road waterproof that I sweat my nuts off in, but it kept the wind out. I never was the epitome of sartorial elegance on my bike, I just wore what worked for me. My reckoning was, people would'nt notice as I would be moving so fast past them.
