Retro Cinelli Stem - Any Info?

Hi all,

Is anyone able to shed any light on what Cinelli stem it is that I have here? Age, model, anything.

With that badge on the extension I'd say that's a 1. The 5 was a similar stem from the same period but I don't think it had the badge and the rear part of the extension was more in line with the steerer part rather than being at a bit of an angle.
1950s-1960s I think.
