Retro BSO

this has been hanging around my local gumtree for a while now. and i keep being pulled back to it

so what particular brand or type opf BSO is it, or does the fact that it is ahead system and retro suggest it is not BSO

also any thoughts on the forks

but its an aluminium box section frame, surely it takes a bit of making annd effort that you just would not put into a BSO
