Retro bikes commuting in Leeds

Any one on here commute in and about Leeds? Ive been passing quite a few retro builds in the Leeds area recently and just wondered if any of them were on this site?

I saw an amazing Pace the other day on Briggate, it was red to purple fade anodised, it made me want one.

Im in Leeds, but I dont commute, it doesnt seem worthwhile when its an 8 minute walk to work

Will do. Keep meaning to take a pic.

Going to strip it and repaint it when i get chance.

So any ideas on colours would be good.

Tempted by Black. Or just polishing it up (seems a bit boring though).

Im from leeds but am mostly down in oxford, Ive never worked any where in the city I would consider biking to so never commuted.

Live out in Roundhay/Alwoodley so its virtually down hill all the way to town...not so pleasant on the return trip though.
