Repairing a lugged frame UK - Who're you going with?

I'm the unfortunate owner of a rather badly damaged frame here. Two tubes need replacing (top and down) and the frame needs the obvious reallingment treatment. I wanted to ask here about where you think my best options are for repair and (wet) repaint. The frame has quite lovely lugs and very nice paint with painted windows etc so I need someone skilled enough for that kind of work. Someone has mentioned Woodrup to me but I'm wondering what other options I could explore.

An age ago, I had a frame repaired by Ellis Briggs. The work was splendid. If I were you, I'd at least consider using them.

If money not an issue then I would say Mercian or Argos.

Thank you very much. I may end up using Mercian as they are closest to me (Stockport) but Argos' work is noted as being great.

If you're in Stockport you could try Steve Goff (Skelmersdale) or I believe there is a place in Bury 'Atlantic Boulevard' - not heard much about them though.

I have only used Argos who lived up to their reputation for doing a first class job, it was a first class price but the car driver's insurance paid for it.
