Lesson to myself , must practice going downhill faster, most of my little lie downs were down to going too slow. If anyone's interested in a longer but less strenous ride then I'd be happy to sort something out in the Dales after I get back from Arran, won't be quite so tight on the retro rules and say as long as its 10 yrs old your welcome, let me know.
