Mmmm thats not very light! Would have thought Tune stuff would be around 100g but still strong? I have a few Syntace F99s and they weigh sub 99gram for 100mm?

Stem aren't these a re badged FRM

Aren't these a rebadged FRM? which weigh 110g?

Look very similiar don't they, FRM CNCd from Scandium, Tune CNCd from Aluminium.

FRM 110mm: 113g
Tune 110mm : 150g (on my kitchen scales )

Still a very nice stem but maybe not light enough for your weight weening project.....
