Re: 1990 Kona Cinder Cone 18" Frame

Specs: 18" frame centre to top. 1" head tube. 21.5mm top tube. 68mm BB. 28.6mm seat tube. I don't recall what the seatpost diameter is (had a shim installed) but I'm sure it's either 26.4mm or 26.6mm - it's definitely a shade less than 26.8mm

The late great Sheldon Brown posthumously says it's 26.6, so it's 26.6.

I'm not saying you've priced it wrongly, but in view of the cost of even mediocre headsets, stems, posts etc, £43 posted for such a frame as that does seem ridiculously cheap IMPO.
