it looks great and 62 mph is great too if your country rules allow, but at that price i thought it was going to be lighter than 40lb..........as some cheaper ones aren't that far off that weight for £1500......but it is stunning to look at 8)

Price is indeed totally OTT... for 2500 you can get a Kalkhoff E-bike with similar specs on an alloy frame with conventional wheels..... So it's the custom carbon stuff that costs.

But 40lbs - with the heaviest part plum centre on the bike where the rider is - that's got to be a fun ride if nothing else!

What an idiot Leno is for riding without a helmet and leathers! The maker should have insisted he got suited, it would enhance the idea that this bike is FAST.

Yes it is expensive, but it is bespoke, and though only for a short range it is very rapid.

However, and it is a big however, for a fraction of the price you can buy electric motorbikes/scooters that have a better range at speed, some of which can really fly.

Oh, and they can look pretty damn cool too!
