Yep just put on a old 600 ultegra rear mech doesnt handle the chain as well as the XT but it aint alf retro

I've got an old DX short cage on and that is a little bit 'stroppy' too. Also just got a Crystal Designs brake booster that went on beautifully

I'm almost there- grips to go on,tidy cable ends etc. Just hope it rides ok

Well, fingers crossed, our bikes will hold together Just hoping brakes don't decide to squeal like bar stewards.

Should be a great ride, weather couldn't really be more promising and ground may have dried a little.

How much is toll on bridge, any one know :?:
