REG Bottle cage NOS, Expensive?

Period bar mount cages are pretty rare these days, and prices can be obscene.

I've been casually looking for sometime now, and it's not pretty out there. Thinking it may be best just to ride with a musette (which I don't mind for short distances) or go in bars
