Kinda 3 times in three years now. Starting to get depressing, but that's a reflection of the current ecenomic downturn I guess?

Sorry to hear that. I was once told in this day and age you can expect to be made redundant four times, I am 30 and online that basis only have one more to come.

All I can say is keep it together, these things tend to work out in the end.
