A Monday morning bump - this is still for sale…

Split it. Stick the forks and rear shock on eBay, along with the drive train (mark that as spares and repair). You’ll get more money than the whole bike. The frame and any left overs can go to bike charity.
Problem is, it’s old but not old enough and a bit big for most kids.

It’s a bit of a ball ache but at least you’ll get something back.
