X-Lite Alto Pro bar ends (the welded L bend ones) - preferably anodized black / red / pewter
100 or 120 mm Titanium stem, with 5-10 deg rise for 1 1/8" steerer. 31.8 mm bar.
Time ATAC pedals with Titanium axles (not alium type) / ATAC cleats
4 x blue anodised alloy bottle cage bolts (M5 x 10-15mm)
Mavic Crossmax SL rear wheel (the black rim brake version with flat aluminium spokes)
Mavic C29ssmax wheels
Selle Italia Flite Carbonio or Flite TT saddles
27 / 40 tooth Middleburn Duo chainrings in new or very good condition
