This looks the genuine article to me, but I don't believe that it can be a size 20 as stated. The length of the head tube suggests size 18.

Yep, wrong size listed, real size is:

"THIS FRAME WAS LISTED WITH THE WRONG SIZE. FRAME IS ACTUALLY: SEAT TUBE 14" center to center, 17" center to top AND TOP TUBE APPROXIMATELY 22"
