Think I'd be more inclined to agree if it were an earlier frame (gusset in between the top and downtubes)...

Bet the reserve is a whopper too!!...

Not really that rare as the Red ano was the standard color for the Zaskar model in 1996. There are actually a number of them around but people that have them tend to hang onto them. Was sold as a Zaskar LE in a frame set only. Guessing this one is likely a rebadged Zaskar frame that came off a complete bike.
