Can attest to the rockhopper's versatility. Mine have been indecently assaulted by cars a few times and still feel great, v well made, just enough cromo steel on one of those and paint stands up well too. they are very comfortable, its almost like having full sus (i don't have a real full sus though). Did I mention I do fast club runs on one as well best upgrade is in the tyres, marathon supreme are the best, both 1.6 and 2". First puncture was after 2000+ miles.
