Recommend a disc bike for 11yrold

Probably 15" as hes only got wee legs.His 13yrold bruv bought himself a Carrera vengeance to replace the bmx he had before and now the younger wants one also.the carrera is 16"
Anyone recommend something at about 15" or a wee bit smaller size with discs but not as pricey as the carrera.

Thanks CK,but i think the young 'un is going to want discs like his brother.I'll see how he feels about v's though if we can find a new one with tabs might be an idea to pick up a set of new juicy 3's or entry level shimano as a wee prezzie from myself tis my godson after all.
Maybe have to go for 2nds on some disc wheels but well see how things look money wise :?
