recomend me a wheel builder in the leeds area

i need to get my hope big un hub built up
i need a good wheel builder who will understand how full sus bikes are meant to be ridden

theres woodrup in kirkstall but they do mainly roadbikes from memory, they rebuild wheels or if you can be bothered with the trip there is hargreaves in dewsbury.

i d rather go to some where that build actual mountain bike wheels dewsbury is quite a trek

I do have a pair of campag road wheels built by them and they are still very straight 15 years on. They are definitely a good bike shop...

Chevin Cycles in Otley perhaps? Used to be my LBS up until about 4 years ago. Not the cheapest workshop around but very helpful.

Failing that, +1 for Woodrup. Not sure about Bob Jackson as they seem mainly road-orientated. I've heard good things about both Kendell's in Castleford and Phillipson's in Garforth as far as handbuilt wheels go.
