Receiving a bike via paisley ….

I’ve never actually received a bike via paisley freight so not sure how it works.

Do they contact you with a ETA or can you track it ?

It being collected tomorrow apparently. How fast does it move north to me?

I had an issue once, van broke down. Typically you can track it but not sure they give you an ETA up front. Been a while though.

Just booked a collection for Monday to the highlands. Gave email and mobile number for the buyer. Presumably they let them know?

Only sent with them but in my experience it will be delivered on Wednesday.
Tracking works ok, but I can’t see you getting a drop by drop traceable website like the multinationals. If I remember right, Paisley Freight are part of APC, so if you know the local APC schedule, you may have a rough idea. It’s a bit easier for me, as living rurally the expected times of various companies doesn’t vary too much.

Sent loads of bikes and a few snowboards with them and never had an issue. Others have, which I think is more down to the quality of your local depot rather than the company as a whole.
