Rear wheel problem HELP ME

hi everyone i have a problem with my back wheel pulls to the left side giving it more clearence on one side than the other, its in the chain stays correctly and the frame is fine, it has done it on a previous frame before, its only when i sit on and the quick release is tight and the tire is seated propley

help me

Needs re dishing?

Tighten all the spokes on the right hand side until its in the right place (quarter turn at a time.)

Cheap QR ? Or a worn frame.

My M2 stumpy did a similar thing when I was using a superstar componants QR.

Changed the QR to a shimano XT one and made sure it was TIGHT. problem gone. The issue was the soft ali frame and a soft (cheap) QR.
