Rear mech hanger for singlespeed?

Old School Grand Master
With the need to trim my herd of bikes imminent, I have hit upon the thought that I should get a rohloff wheel for my Dean singlespeed, so I can have gears with just a few minutes tinkering. However, given the cost of rohloff wheels, a cheaper option must be available....
Fitting the11 speed wheel from my other bike? Mebbe, but there's no mech hanger!
I'm sure I've seen these around, but are they any good? Are there boutique offerings available from the likes of Paul, Etc??? Are they any viable option?
The dropouts are seriously cowled.

Dropouts look like these and using PMW dropouts would make sense for Dean.

If yours are lacking the cutout and drillings for a hanger then maybe they were custom made or hangerless was an option bitd.

Long story short, it's going to be more than a few minutes of tinkering. You'd likely need to drill and tap your driveside dropout and then you might be able to fit the hanger from a set of ends like these,

There's also a hanger at the bottom of the page that looks like it could maybe fit.

Hmmm....
I may have something suitable knocking around in my parts bin. Similar to the leeway hanger, spare off my old ventana.
The Rohloff option is beginning to look cheaper....
