Hi

Does anyone know where I can purchase a rear Gipiemme dropout for the no drive side.
I purchased a bike in bits but found the rear drop has the remains of a seized adjuster and someone has tried to remove it stopping halfway but possibly over sizing the hole.

Its an 84 Raleigh in Reynolds 501 tubing so probably worth saving.

Any advice appreciated.

Cheers. Carl

Do you actually need to do anything? A stuck/rusted adjuster shouldn't affect the fitting of a rear wheel in any way. I don't even use any on my frames. Just ride it.

As above. A drop might be more than the frame is worth and fitting it by a specialist will most definitely be so. If you can do it yourself why not look around for another frame like that and cut it up.
Don't forget paint, that will be expensive if you want a frame as new.
