Rear deraileur question....

I have a Shimano SIS rear derailleur and want to replace it with an older one.

I need a similar mech with a built in hanger though as pictured below (my derailleur)

Do you know what mechs which are older are similar wheter they are long, short or medium cage?

any mech will fit - you'll need a new hanger bracket - i just got one from SJS Cycles for £3.15

Here is my old 1985 vintage Ofmega mech on my 1968 Carlton Corsa, bought this new and its never failed...

Very nice! I'll see what I can find. Theres someone on another site who said they'll give me a good working retro mech for the cost of postage.
